The hotel offered me an unexpected upgrade to a luxury apartment, which was fantastic. The lounge had a spacious settee and armchair, a multi-channel TV, and beautiful decorations. The large bedroom had comfortable twin beds, a wall-mounted TV, and plenty of storage space. The kitchen was well-equipped with a mini bar/fridge and a breakfast bar. The bathroom had excellent amenities, including a top-class enclosed shower with constant hot water. The staff were friendly, and the inclusive breakfast was delicious. The hotel complex also had great facilities, such as a gym and meeting rooms. The location was convenient, with bus routes and taxis readily available for getting into the city center and other towns.

The hotel had a decent location, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, with basic amenities. The breakfast was average, but had some variety. The hotel had a decent gym.

Had a great city trip and stayed in a hotel where I felt right at home. the hotel staff are friendly and make a real effort to communicate despite the language barrier. the rooms were spacious and clean, with everything we needed for our stay. I loved the breakfast choices, which were superb and we had plenty to choose from. It was a real bonus to have easy access to public transport, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.

The hotel is located in a less desirable area next to a metal fabrication factory, which can be noisy at times, especially when they continue working past 10pm. the rooms are spacious, with a comfortable bed and well-appointed bathroom with ample towels. the staff is friendly, although not all of them speak English fluently. the breakfast offers a wide variety of choices and is of excellent quality. the hotel also has a gym, meeting rooms, and a restaurant, providing additional convenience.
Not all the personnel at the hotel speak English, which can be a challenge for international guests.
